Anti-wrinkle Treatment

With a quick procedure and undeniable results, anti-wrinkle injections are the most popular cosmetic treatment available. Thousands of men and women receive anti-wrinkle injections in the UK, and other parts of the world, every year. By relaxing the facial muscles, wrinkles are made less visible; this results in a natural, rejuvenated look.

We can't stop the clock on aging, but we do have the power to slow it down!

Treating fine lines and wrinkles doesn't necessarily require a trip to the cosmetic surgeon, anti-wrinkle injections are on the frontine of anti-aging treatments, at a small fraction compared to the cost of surgery too. Anti-wrinkle injections are commonly referred to as 'Botox', short for Botulinum Toxin. A doctor, registered nurse or beauty therapist injects small doses of non permanent, anti-wrinkle treatment in to targeted areas, this is a naturally occurring protein that causes the muscles of the face to relax, consequently smoothing out wrinkles to produce a fresh, more youthful, and most importantly a natural look

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are small injections of gel, typically made up of hyaluronic acid, that are placed just under the skin. A doctor, registered nurse or beauty therapist can apply dermal fillers to give the skin a plumper look, reducing the appearance of wrinkles. The procedure can take place in a clinic or salon, as long as it is clinically clean.

Facial fillers are very effective at filling creases in areas such as marionette lines, nasolabial folds, cheeks and tear through, the filler gently plump out the wrinkles, resulting in a smoother and more youthful appearance. Fillers are also used to reshape or give fuller appearance to areas such as chin cleft, jawline or lips.

Prohfilo

Prohfilo treatment is made of injectable hyaluronic acid which improves skin quality and treats skin laxity. Prohfilo is produced in a special way which means that not only does it hydrate and act like a scaffolding within the skin, it also triggers a response in the tissues, known as 'bioremodeling', which smoothes, tightens and gives your skin an inner glow.

A prohfilo treatment remodels skin laxity and battles creoiness. This is not a replacement for anti-aging treatments nor fillers, in fact prohfilo can be used in combination with these, or as a stand-alone treatment. Prohfilo  works on skin quality rather than reducing muscle movement (like anti-wrinkle treatments) or for the loss of volume in fat pads and filling specific lines (like fillers).

The results aren't immediate, prohfilo is a 2-part treatment - sessions are 30 days apart. In the 30 days after each session, your skin works hard, producing new, bouncy collagen and elastin to give your skin a firmer, smoother, plumper, glowing complexion. Although changes are often noticed after the first session, full results are only seen after the second session as your skin produces more and more collagen and elastin.

Sessions can be booked independently as 1 treatment x2, or can be booked together as 2 treatments, saving £50. If you book 2 treatments you will make an appointment online for your first treatment, then when you attend your first appointment the receptionist will manually book your second treatment 30 days after.
